Representatives for Blackpink’s Jisoo and “Itaewon Class” actor Ahn Bo-hyun have officially confirmed that the two are dating. FN Entertainment, Ahn’s talent agency, stated that the couple is taking their time to know each other slowly and enjoy the positive feelings they share. They kindly requested the public to view their relationship with warmth and understanding.
Similarly, YG Entertainment, Jisoo’s label, acknowledged the relationship and emphasized that the two are in the process of getting to know each other better. They also asked for warm support and understanding from fans.
The decision to publicly announce their relationship was unusual but came after reports of the performers being seen together in Seoul, which led to dating rumors. Jisoo is the only member of Blackpink known to be in a relationship.
While Jisoo’s love life is blossoming, Blackpink continues their Born Pink world tour, with a performance scheduled at Los Angeles’ Dodger Stadium on Aug. 26. The group has been making significant strides globally, having already made history as the first K-pop act and girl group to headline Coachella earlier in the year during their performance in California.
In response to the news, K-drama star Jung Hae-in expressed his well-wishes for the couple, saying, “I hope the two of them will continue their healthy and beautiful love. I’m not very interested in the dating lives of celebrities; it’s personal, and I’ve always felt that way even before becoming an actor.”
