Woke up as usual. Early. And stayed 15 mins in the sunlight. Exposure to sunlight is thought to increase the brain’s release of a hormone called serotonin. Serotonin is associated with boosting mood and helping a person feel calm and focused. And I’ve also started drinking water from a copper utensil. It’s healthy and to drink it the first thing in the morning removes toxins.

In today’s rule, Author David Schwartz talks about Rule no 3 of being an ideal leader: THINK PROGRESS, BELIEVE IN PROGRESS, PUSH FOR PROGRESS. He explains how contentment is fine, but one should always seek progress with the example of three men and that he had to advise to promote one of them.
Then went to the gym right away. Today was cardio. 15 mins on Elliptical, 25 on the treadmill, and 10 mins cycling. I burnt quite a many calories today.
I promised God that I’ll study for 8 hours daily because….. You don’t need to know. I’ll try and achieve that goal till I give my exams and even afterward.
I drank my protein shake, are my salad had breakfast. I did some work. Then had lunch, my biscuits, green tea. And the salad again.
