Day 3: Change your life

Yes, woke up early as promised to you all. Then started meditation right away, without any holdup. Morning is the best. It’s the best time to study, to meditate, to exercise. I’ve noticed that in the morning we retain the full attention of our mind on any task that we perform. Thus, it’s easier to meditate and study. For exercise, early morning has fresh air so better this huge amount of oxygen results in proper brain function. Now when I say early morning, I mean 4-5 or 6 AM. Well, it’s 6 AM for me.

Today I started chapter 13 of ‘THE MAGIC OF THINKING BIG’, but I could only read 3-5 pages. Author David Schwartz talks about leadership. He advises that we should put ourselves in our followers’ and others’ shoes to get jobs done and I did the same. I put myself in the shoes of the admission committee of the college to see what they anticipate. I’d done it before but, still, good for us.

The first thing today was the treadmill. 15 mins speed ranging from 4Km/h to 6 Km/h. Today was strength training. The dumbbells sure did work out all my biceps and triceps. I also did chair dips followed by stretching. Protein, shake salad, breakfast, and all that routine.

Then I did some stats checks and I received views from more than 5 countries. Pretty exciting.

Now, although I was advised not to eat packaged food, my trainer told me that I had to eat 2 marigold biscuits or a cube of cheese daily. I’m choosing the former. Then I drank green tea, ate a salad before dinner, and usual. And as promised, no social media for more than 5 minutes. Now I’ll meditate and go straight to bed after brushing my teeth.
