What happens when three friends accidentally discover that disposing of dead bodies could be a rather profitable business? That is the wonderfully twisted premise of Clean Up Company, the upcoming eight-episode series from Prime Video and Jio Studios. The trailer, unveiled on August 17, introduces viewers to a chaotic world where one questionable decision quickly snowballs into a dangerous criminal enterprise.

Set in the fictional border town of Saribgunj, the series follows Raju, Swapan and Goldie, three friends who find themselves tasked with cleaning up after a murder for a gangster. What starts as a desperate attempt to get out of trouble soon turns into an unlikely business venture. Naturally, things do not stay simple for long.
The trio decides to turn their newfound, rather unconventional skill set into a full-fledged “Clean-Up Company”. But as their business grows, so does the list of people who want them gone. Gang rivalries, political influence and shifting loyalties make Saribgunj a particularly risky place to run any kind of enterprise, let alone one built around crime scenes.
Adding to their problems is a determined IPS officer, played by Ravi Kishan, who begins closing in on the criminal network controlling the town. As the police investigation gathers momentum, the friends find themselves caught between powerful gangsters and the law.
The series promises a mix of crime, dark humour and friendship, with the trailer teasing plenty of chaos along the way. Vishal Jethwa plays Raju, described as flamboyant, quirky and street-smart, while the ensemble also includes Amey Wagh, Ajitesh Gupta, Jisshu Sengupta and Saswata Chatterjee.

Jethwa said the contrast in Raju’s personality attracted him to the role. “Raju is flamboyant, quirky and street-smart,” he shared, adding that beneath his carefree exterior is someone deeply attached to his family and friends.
Ravi Kishan, meanwhile, plays Indranath, an IPS officer unwilling to be intimidated by Saribgunj’s powerful players. “Indranath is someone who refuses to be intimidated by the power and influence that surrounds him,” he said, describing the character’s pursuit of truth as one of the show’s central conflicts.
Directed and written by Rohan Ghose and co-written by Konarak Mukherjee, Clean Up Company is produced by Jyoti Deshpande, Kartick Nishandar and Arjun Singgh Baran.
The series will stream for free from August 21, 2026, exclusively on Prime Video and the refreshed MX Player by Prime Video Android app.
