47 Ronin director Carl Erik Rinsch has been found guilty of defrauding Netflix out of $11 million for a show that never materialized, while he used the money for lavish purchases, including a Ferrari, several Rolls-Royces and luxury bedding, the U.S. attorney’s office in Manhattan said. His son, 31-year-old Micah Sykes, has been arrested on suspicion of murder, Santa Monica police said in a statement on Tuesday.Officers responded to a 911 call on Monday at approximately 9:20 p.m. for an assault in progress.
