At least 15 people have died and more than 100 are missing after landslides buried homes in several villages in eastern Uganda.Some 15 people have been rescued and taken to hospital, police said. At least 40 households were completely buried, the Uganda Red Cross Society said. It added that 13 bodies had been recovered.Police said 113 people were missing. At least one hospital was forced to reduce non-critical care after one of Denmark's largest mobile networks suffered severe outages.TDC Net said the problems were likely due to an update carried out in the past day and it had no reason to believe a cyber attack was behind the disruption. A stowaway managed to fly from the US to France without a ticket before being discovered on the flight.The woman was caught onboard Delta Airlines flight 264 from New York's John F Kennedy International Airport to Charles de Gaulle Airport in Paris on Tuesday. A Transportation Security Administration (TSA) spokesperson said she was able to bypass two "identity verification and boarding status stations" in New York "and boarded the aircraft".They added she had completed a full security screening before getting on the plane.It is unclear how the woman was able to do so. A doctor in Germany is suspected of killing eight patients and in some cases trying to cover up his alleged crimes by setting their homes on fire.The doctor, aged 40, and who in line with Germany's privacy laws hasn't been named, was arrested in August on suspicion of killing four elderly patients in June and July, and then attempting to set fires at their apartments. The doctor, who was part of a nursing service's palliative care team, is now suspected of having killed double that number as prosecutors and the police said more cases surfaced when they examined patients' files and carried out forensic examinations of suspected victims, two of whom had been exhumed.
